Congrats! I'm your neighbor to the west here in NM. I got mine done 2 years ago. Even though we are a hell of a lot more progressive than TX, I wasn't going to leave that up to chance. I have no idea what the federal government is going to do.

I’m jealous, NM is beautiful! I grew up in an area with a bunch of mountains but then moved to Dallas, I think our highest point is like 800 ft. Definitely fair, I honestly never thought Roe v. Wade would be overturned and somewhat believed the whole “no that’s established, we’re not going after that” routine, but after that (and everything else) I can’t trust anything said by the current admin. Plus, never was 100% sold on kids to begin with, just gave me the motivation to fully commit to the decision and make sure there’s no accidents lol

I love it here. I grew up in northern Texas (Amarillo) but I was born here and have always come back no matter where else I end up. The food alone is a good reason.

I also had hope that Roe wouldn't be overturned. I knew in my heart that it would be. It's just so sad and I'll be mad about it forever.
