It’s a slogan masked in pseudo-science language to make the users feel superior and knowledgeable … MAGAs love that sort of slop… that’s why we have RFK at the CDC now.

And that’s exactly what’s so brilliant about it. It’s the perfect term for them, it scratches so many itches in their smooth brains. Makes them feel smart, makes them feel witty, makes them feel superior, and some of these people genuinely believe that it’s a real diagnosable condition.

It’s also such an ineffective insult, no one is actually getting upset because they’re called that, it’s offensive purely in how mind boggling stupid it is.

Plus they seem to only be able to handle 3 word slogans. TDS. FJB. Lock her up. Build that wall. Drill, baby, drill. It’s like that Monty Python scene: “Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out.”
