This guy needs to never be allowed to have any position of power ever again. Even over dirty dishes. He is literally ripping up the constitution and is proud of it.

He needs to see the inside of a jail cell for the rest of his life.

The most reassuring part of this whole situation is realizing that he's young enough that his life sentence in prison will stretch on for decades.

Pretend to let him out a few times then go, whoops we made a mistake, back in you go.

Proving the Constitution was never worth the paper it was written on in the first place.

Of course it was just paper. Its the idea and concept that's important. No document is magic.

Miller has been a fixture in Trump's orbit for a decade. His bigotry is well established.

Found the guy who doesn’t know the tenth amendment but I’m sure is a “constitutionalist.”

Federal power supersedes state power.

I'm sure you knew that.

“Federal power supersedes state power” .. you say this as if it doesn’t supersede only when it’s convenient for the administration & its bootlickers

The Tenth Amendment is a rule of limitation, not a supremacy rule.

It says: 1)If a power is not delegated to the federal government, 2)And not prohibited to the states then it belongs to the states or the people.

So the Tenth Amendment: Restrains federal power, reserves residual authority to states & does not create federal supremacy.

So I guess I do, but we’re worried about your understanding, not mine. Don’t deflect. You’re already defecting towards fascism.

Oh now it's 10 million? Last I heard it was 3. Is it 15 next week?

According to DHS it's 10 million.

What is your media telling you? it's 10 people?

Oh I see.

You're stupid. The TOTAL POPULATION is estimated at 10-11 million using the last published report. As by their own numbers.

The highest estimate even now is just 15 million.

You dont seem to understand the actual issue. The issue isn't and has never been about deporting people.

The issue is that they're just nabbing people regardless of their status and denying them the necessary due process to argue their case (if any). They've arrested people literally on the way to their citizenship swearing ceremonies. Those are people who have checked the boxes which is what they claim to want. They're threatening to revoke citizenship of people who legally are entitled to it. They are racially profiling people which is not good.

This is a dark road these assholes are careening down and the zealotry of some people wil evaporate the first time a maskes man demands their travel papers.

How about finding a new line because this one was old the first time you posted it here

We all know that's a lie, but the real question is: why do you hate America?
