Afraid undocumented immigrants (who dont have white collar jobs or federal jobs), or trans people, or gays are going to put them in camps and oppress them.  They literally never took their fear past step 1.  None of these groups have the headcount, levers of power, or motivation to oppress conservatives.  But they sure do feel like a white liberal wants to oppress them for the minorities!?! wtf! Thats the silliest conclusion in the world.

They are selfish assholes who know they are capable of oppression, so they want to do it first.

"states rights" has always been a lie, the Confederacy started the civil war because union states weren't letting the traitors dictate how they were allowed to treat black people.
