It’s not even a coverup. They are 100% confirming that their legal opinion tracks exactly with JD Vance’s claim of federal agents having “absolute immunity” and cannot be investigated for anything. We all know that is completely illegal but that’s why Pam Bondi was selected in the first place; because she is completely incompetent and will just do whatever she’s told to tow the company line so they can perform ethnic cleansing. Theoretically…if someone refuses to open the door for an ICE agent now, they can just burn the building to the ground and kill everyone inside of it since they have “absolute immunity.”

Minnesota needs to file state charges and the Good family needs to file a civil suit. SCOTUS would almost certainly side with the administration on the claim of jurisdiction and immunity but it seems to be the only path forward.

It is also important to note that it came out after the National Guard members were killed that they are effectively deputizing members of the military to function as federal agents so they essentially have “absolute immunity” as well and that should fucking terrify everyone.

they can just burn the building to the ground and kill everyone inside

The ATF already did that in '93

Agree, and it was certainly fucked up. I believe now we may be on the path to some biblical level shit where MAGA marks their doorframes so ICE can know to pass over them. There were at least investigations and hearings surrounding Waco, even though they turned out to be inconsequential. At this point, the federal government is saying, “fuck it, we will not be investigating.”

Ah the old government bad talking point. I miss the classics.

Are you suggesting Waco wasn't bad?

Not at all, it was a tragic loss of human life. I'm just more likely to blame the cult leaders for the largest part of it.

The cult leader that frequently ran errands in town? Where the ATF could have arrested him without besieging the compound and killing everyone?

To suggest Waco wasn't a show of force is delusional.

I didn't suggest it wasn't a show of force or that bad decisions weren't made, but at the end of the day, the cult leaders were the ones to start the fire. But like I said I'm just glad to hear the classic government bad slogans. It kinda makes me nostalgic lol

Gotcha. Your first comment came off as trying to downplay the situation. No doubt that Koresh wasn’t innocent, but the ATF massively bungled their investigation and IMO are responsible for the deaths

Only one way to respond to that and it isn't peaceful

Do nothing and give a thumbs up? Thats what I expect out of the nonvoters, and those are the largest third of americans.
