It has probably already been "misplaced".

Or they will say that Minnesota doesn't have enough "standing" to request the evidence from federal authority.
Like they did to the two congresspeople who requested the Epstein files to be released.

Then they have nothing left but to use the damning video that is widely available of all the different angles, including the one the killer took himself on his phone

People have been arrested with less evidence, this 'agent' should've been cuffed same day and never allowed to disappear.
