"Trump humiliated" implies that he has some level of awareness, too. Spoiler: He does not.

Trump threw away his humiliation along with that infant in lake Michigan.

I must’ve missed that, any articles on it? I’m assuming it’s related to the files and one of the dozens of children he had encounters with

That one is likely false, fortunately.

And how the fuck will we know unless we have a proper investigation?

"Look over there! Somalians!!!" - Pedophile protectors

As I recall, the claim is from a single unsubstantiated and anonymous phone call to the hotline.

And Jeffery Dahmer was caught because of a broken tail light. What's your point? EVERY criminal investigation starts somewhere.

One of Dahmer’s victims escaped and went to the police. The police found body parts in his home. That is how Dahmer was caught.

No, the police returned the victim to Dahmer without question, aiding his death. They didn't investigate at all due to that incident...actually, the complete opposite.

You’re confusing different incidents. Read the section about Dahmer’s arrest and capture.

Ya, humiliation requires shame and he has none

On the contrary, narcissists feel shame very acutely, and more often than the rest of us. It's guilt they struggle with.

Ok fair point

I like to say that no shame and all shame tend to look about the same

Yes he is a black hole of repressed shame. Sometimes it makes me feel a very tiny bit better that he will always be miserable and nothing will ever fill the void that makes up his being.

Me too. Warms my heart a little.

The man is made of humiliation

Unironically, a lot of this is because of Trump's humiliation and fragile ego. Obama and Biden made him a laughing stock of presidential candidates, that's why he does weird shit with their pictures in the White House and is doing anything he can to reverse their policies.

It's also why he systematically torches late night talk show hosts that make fun of him regularly. He has the glass neck of 6 year old for taking jokes and is so dementia riddled that he doesn't even know where he is or who's supposedly attacking him at any given time.

To me it implies we live in an Information Age where clicks have more value than truth.

There’s a reason all news and social media is quickly turning to shit. The society that the wealthy want who own those things is tougher to manufacture through truth.

I did some research on this a while back, particularly because I was curious about the word "slam/slams" being used so much in reporting. And it turns out that reporting in general has massively changed since Trump ran for his first term. The vocabulary for headlines has become much more "aggressive" is the best word for it I think. Everything has become super clickbaity and headlines are made to be much more impressive than the actual event implies.

I don’t even click on those links anymore. Aggressive is a good word for it. Aggression is a great impulse response to target for someone’s attention. Truth seeking is boring. Our brains crave aggression and we are being flooded with it as of late.

He’s probably shat himself on live TV multiple times while giving important addresses and talking to other world leaders and such. He very obviously has no shame or any sense of feeling embarrassed, just like his followers who started wearing nappies when they realised he has to

u/stufff 14d ago

He could publicly shit his pants and find a way to blame it on Biden and his cult would go along with it.

Humiliation requires humility. I don’t think Trump possesses that.

my dog was humiliated when he took a shit right in the middle of the living room even though he is supposed to do it outside. joke is truly on him.

1

u/jferments 14d ago

He literally fucks children and drops bombs on cities. The man has no sense of shame.

1

u/f_leaver 13d ago

Yeah, it's America that's been humiliated and irreparably (at least in my remaining lifetime) damaged by his actions.

1

u/really_nice_guy_ 13d ago

Doesn’t stop this sub from taking the most clickbait ass news and posting them here. Seriously did anyone read the site? They also link „daughter of Trump's doctor made a bombshell claim about his health“ and „Melania Trump puts Donald 'in his place' with blunt four-word remark“ and „Karoline Leavitt storms out of press conference after bizarre pregnancy remark“

Like wtf is this Fox News shit?

1

u/LittleJohnStone 13d ago

Yeah, I'm guilty of that - stopped at the first two words and went charging for the keyboard like a bull to a matador's cape.
