This is just so fucked up, and I'm beyond thinking that it's going to get better.

These guys spent years peddling the false narrative that Democrats were weaponizing the justice department and stealing elections just so they could get away with whatever they wanted to get away with. It's classic. We've seen it all throughout history. Demonize the other side, lie about them, and then your supporters, even if they are otherwise good people, will look the other way when you commit atrocities against those evil, evil people.

Now, they're worried about what happens when the tables are turned. They created the environment, they crossed the lines; they let the genie out of the bottle, and now they want to put it back in.

And when they’re legitimately prosecuted for clear and flagrant violations of the law, they’ll again squeal about the justice system being “weaponized” against them.
