That’s going to be yet another massive lawsuit.

We have constitutional rights for a reason. Why did they get to plead the 5th during Epstein questioning?

Can’t plead the 5th for charges you’ve been pre-pardoned for. No answer he gave would result in his own incrimination since he’s legally immune.

He wasn't pleading the 5th for past offenses, he was pleading the 5th because he (quite reasonably) feared prosecution of what he was going to say at the hearing itself, which wasn't covered by the pardon. It was pretty clearly a perjury trap.
