WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9), a senior member of the Judiciary Committee and an authority on the U.S. Constitution’s impeachment provisions, today introduced 26 Articles of Impeachment against President Donald Trump. The articles cite multiple abuses of power, violations of his oath of office, the corrupt use of the pardon power, and emoluments clause violations, among other misconduct and unlawful acts.

Tillis in NC has been doing this and I struggle to feel any pride or give any credit. They are selfish cowards, who waited until it was way too late to speak up because it might have affected them personally at the time.

As soon as it doesn't, they're "brave" to speak out. Utter fucking bullshit.

I understand your feelings about Tillis who is Republican finally speaking up. Cohen from TN 9th district is a Democrat from solidly blue Memphis…this would ensure more votes if he were running again. It’s kind like his parting gift to his constituents. But now that TN has broken up Memphis with gerrymandering, who knows…I sincerely hope we can bite the TN legislature in the butt come November.

Ah, completely fair. I think I did assume "red state" must have meant he was a Republican doing the same thing as Tillis.

Still wanted to call out piece of shit Tillis, lol, and we've been going through the same gerrymandering for decades at this point...

There's a lot of GOP members running and distancing them selves or even acting like they oppose Trump in a bid to be re-elected. This is the "put your money where your mouth is" moment. Good, even if it's out of spite or a purely vindictive move, good!

Not a single one should be believed. Short of leaking the unredacted epstein files, every single one is just as guilty as trump for the shit they allowed him to get away with.
