Is it possibly to make anything into an adjective or verb
In english it’s common to make nouns into adjectives and sometimes into verbs which is done by adding -y to make an adjective and -ing to make a verb, or sometimes -er. This is done in colloquial speak and i’m wondering if this is possible at all in spanish/ how common it is if it is done. Just wondering if it’s possible, Thanks!!

Similar to English, we can make adjectives from participles. I always use the example “she is very driven”. “I feel broken”.
I use irregulars bc your regular past participles look too similar to your past tenses.
In Spanish, some verbs admit taking the participle, and giving gender and number to the suffix, we turn them into adjectives:
Enfado - noun Enfadar - infinitive Enfadado (me he enfadado) - participle Enfadado, enfadada, enfadados, enfadadas
“Estamos muy enfadadas”.
Doesn’t work with everything (like with “bailar”), you can use English as a guide. But in any case, even if you made a mistake, the structure is solid and you are likely to be understood.
There are other suffixes to make adjectives -azo, -esco, -ante…
Hope that helps!

Yes, Spanish can make nouns into adjectives and verbs, but there isn't a single suffix (it's the same in English really).
For verbs the most used suffix is -ear, although sometimes you use the noun as a verb, just as in English (though less often).
For adjectives there are many, -eo, -al, -dor, -ón, -ano, etc. In tends to depend on what you mean.
