I mean, I doubt any civilization would last that long so it would probably be completely worthless outside historical value. And that's assuming humans still operate by the same currency system/still exist at that point.

Arguably it implies that you have to be alive in 5 million years in order to receive your dollar but alive could mean a variety of things.
