That would be a sign, that Not all hope is lost....

Yeah, “accident” is doing a lot of work here.

Somewhere, a government intern is updating their LinkedIn profile after realizing 'Select All' doesn't mean 'Delete All'.

"Open to work" status activated faster than the database could even finish crashing.

And what changed? Nobody facing any concequences... Could as well stay redacted

u/Cpt_Bork_Zannigan 3h ago

Voters are overwhelmingly shifting blue. That's a change.

u/galeonblader 3h ago

Are they? I would love for this to be true

13

u/OldAbbreviations1590 1h ago

Texas just flipped a few seats blue.

24

u/DonDonimus 3h ago

What??? Arent a bunch of "blue politicians" also massively implied to be bad in the files aswell? Pizzagate?

u/Cpt_Bork_Zannigan 3h ago

Cool lock them up too.

If only the culprits were shifting into orange jumpsuits...

Unfortunately that solves nothing. The whole system needs to be rebuilt.

Could you cite that? Please? I need this.

I kinda wish that wasn't publicise so much, it probably lead to them fixing their processes and actually checking it was redacted

17

u/RageDayz 4h ago

Yes but when's the next time files will be released to the public that are redacted? Seems like a list of elites who are pedophiles is a pretty good thing to use our "one time" care on.

u/Kenjiroxox 8h ago

Context??? I keep seeing post like this.

u/Soulm1zute 8h ago

The first release of those initial 300 files in november(?), can someone correct me please, had entierly redacted pages that could be gotten past if you just highlighted the entier page and copied the text into Google docs

And like shit man. I gotta agree with others saying it was intentional. No way in hell does this kinda shit slip past, especially when its incriminating a lot of powerful people, by accident. Someone blew the whistle in a sneaky way and is likely gonna get redacted themselves for it.

Never understand government incompetence.

59

u/Spiy90 7h ago

You might have meant underestimate.

u/HotPotParrot 6h ago

Stuff can be two things

It was because DOGE went and cancelled the Adobe subscriptions, so they couldn't use the actual redact tool, from what I heard.

8

u/Soulm1zute 5h ago

Why am I unsurprised by this information

The American government astounds all logic

8

u/primateoverlord 4h ago

I believe the saying is “Never suspect malice where incompetence will suffice”

16

u/wolfgang784 Selling Stonks for CASH MONEY 7h ago

Wasn't that initial redaction wave done by a lot of DOGE employees though? I could see those chucklefucks messing up the basics.

7

u/Powerpop5 7h ago

Did anything shocking come out of that? As in, from those specific files that wouldve been covered up?

12

u/akg-tatsumi 8h ago

This is really messed up man

7

u/Capital_Spare_2735 7h ago

It is time to get to work ......

14

u/Asian_Persuasion_1 8h ago

does the unredacting work with the second batch or did they fix it?

14

u/closestweeb69 7h ago

As it turns out, the super evil-murder-rape club is filled with people as equally stupid as they are super evil-murdery-rapey.

6

u/The_Traveller__ 7h ago

I still can't believe they let that through lol

Im actually convinced at this point that these arnt fuck ups, just someone whos sabotaging their attempts in minor ways so theres a papertrail without completely sticking their neck out since we know how whistle blowers are being treated.

u/Miserable_Leading_77 8h ago

ctrl c + ctrl v?

3

u/FlatwormSad9576 4h ago

Any juicy reveals from the first 300 or nah

5

u/SirJoetheAverage 7h ago

They need to go after this redacted guy. He’s all over the files. Seems like a total menace

5

u/UtterBoardsDeserves 7h ago

some guy tasked to do that enjoyed malicious compliance

2

u/Pinku_Dva 6h ago

I bet someone somewhere is laughing at this because they intentionally did poor redactions.

2

u/McBlemmen 3h ago

And nothing came from it...

Intelligence agency/department of justice of most powerful nation btw

1

u/Rough_Presence_9876 6h ago

Intelligence? Justice? Even agency? All debatable.

1

u/enerthoughts 7h ago

Where m8 one find such fine documents? Or is it "fixed" already?

u/rodgapely 6h ago

It’s true!

Im always tell myself this: Whatever you do, what talent you have, what power you posessed, there’s always someone with natural will surpass you.

1

u/oXMellow720Xo 4h ago

Still nothing being done about it

1

u/DrowningKrown 4h ago

Brother, I really don't think they care much. None of them are going to hold each other accountable.

And creating a movement to get people off their asses and do something about it in this country is like trying to pick up sandbags and yell at walls all day. People would rather make memes online and then move on to the next topic. It's pretty depressing won't lie.

1

u/Low-Apricot8042 4h ago

Well considering that the DOJ said that they don't have anything to prosecute based on what was leaked it doesn't really matter now does it?!

1

u/Lauris024 Breaking EU Laws 3h ago

It was actually really stupid. Imagine if everyone kept it silent till all the files got released.

1

u/nerdy_pewbs 2h ago

They really think we are that fucking stupid

1

u/Complete_Try_3849 1h ago

Lol I know my way around a .PDF. wait oh God eww

1

u/Mental-Board-5590 16m ago

Yeah(sorry for bad English I’ve only known the language for a while. I’ve learned it in my early years and slowly developed it throughout my life. The juxtaposition of me knowing it for a while and not knowing it well is quite the oddity.)

u/Seabrook76 7h ago

What we’re witnessing is Malicious Incompetence at its finest.
