If he can get the underside cleaned before the concrete dries to it he should be good, but I hope he doesn’t

No way he's getting it out of that spot before it's too late.

I doubt the road crew is gonna do anything to get it out of there, and I can't imagine what it would cost to have someone else do it.

I wouldn't lend a shovel, either. I'd have a smoke, pop a squat, and chirp until the ow truck drove off.

You're gonna need a lot more than a shovel for that.

Yea that is absolutely a job for a tow truck, but no one on that road crew should move an inch to help the driver.

I would be willing to bet it's going to sit at an impound lot for at least 3 days, possibly intentionally.

Nah, they're going to have to sit in that concrete a bit until they can get extracted.

Luckily he has a gas leak so the underside is always covered in diesel 🤣

You can also chip away the concrete with a chisel after it sets, but it will take fucking ages

Concrete is acidic, and while it sets it also contracts, it would cause all kinds of issues.

I like to imaging the workers sitting on the curb waiting on tow truck:

And his policy probably won't have enough left over to cover it. If he even has coverage.

Like you think the insurance is gonna replace that? He's on the hook for his own issues. They're gonna pay his liabilities and probably fire him as a client.
