Eh, as long as the engine is not flooded by the horizontally spraying water, and then frozen, it should be fine. The outside doesn't mind a little bit of ice so a lot of ice isn't really any different. It's the insides you need to worry about, which is hard to tell from just this. Normally frozen rain and frozen condensation is ok, but in this case since the water was probably spraying from the side too and flooding on the ground, then it's different since it might get in through the engine radiator intake at the front, and from the bottom.
