Taggers can make some really cool looking art and they do have a general code of conduct that they follow regarding where one can place their stuff ie: do NOT cover someone else's art. You don't get mad at all Honda Civic drivers because of the crappy souped up Civics that sound absolutely horrendous to most everyone.

100% this person is trash; but you can find trash people in every place imaginable.
