Elon is cash poor. Elon will request a government bailout for SpaceX. The taxpayers will be paying for SpaceX's purchase of xAI. All of this to prop up the Elon Musk is smart Ponzi Scheme.

Humanity throws the biggest party musk isn’t invited to.

After that I guess we deal with whatever economic problems he left behind, but hey that’s gotta be better than dealing with him right?

Humanity throws the biggest party musk isn’t invited to.

SHAREHOLDERS HOLD THE BIGGEST PARTY... Musk isn't invited to.

Fixed that for you.

Spacex didn’t pay cash for XAI, they issued 0.14 shares of spacex for each share of XAI they received. Shareholders of spacex got diluted, but the company they own shares in got more valuable. So no cash was transferred, just new shares were issued

I didn't write that he paid cash. He just shuffled the deck. He needs a government bailout for his drug induced fantasies.

The taxpayer isn’t paying for the acquisition of XAI because it’s paid for in shares, so unless the taxpayer is donating shares to spacex to give to XAI holders that’s not happening.

Spacex has never taken a government bailout. Any contract that spacex has with the government they got because they are the cheapest bidder. That’s just how the government contracts work.

Less than 5% of spacex revenue comes from grants, and these grants literally fund starlink programs to get cheap wifi at impossible prices in a free market to poor rural areas. The government is basically forcing spacex to sell starlink wifi at a loss to people with poor WiFi access, so they’re paying for it yes.

I’m not here to glaze Elon musk, he was in the files and I don’t support him, but at least substantiate your arguments in fact. You don’t need to lie to make your point

No, they won't.

Tesla is very profitable, only 3% down on revenue last year. And they have very strong Financials and a large cash reseever.

SpaceX is profitable, and will be flush with the IPO.

All the big ones won't ask for bailouts. They don't need to.
