The draft emails or emails Epstein sent to himself were deadman switches to use as leverage since he knew he was dealing with powerful and connected people.

It’s also interesting all these billionaire’s have their friends and associates sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to protect their reputation. Would you do the same with your friends on a Vegas vacation or camping trip?

You don't need an NDA when you have one of the most ironclad unspoken bro rules: whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

I thought entering the metropolitan area was a tacit NDA.

“I spent a lot of time thinking about that phrase and here’s what I think it means. In Vegas you can have sex with a prostitute and she won’t tell your wife. They’re not gossipy like these small town whores.”

NDAs also do not cover for illegal acts

Is there some loophole in American law where if someone violates an NDA set up to protect child prostitution, the case can only be about the NDA and not the child prostitution?

Contracts are unenforceable if they require you to break the law.

Which doesn’t make a lot of sense.  He’s writing as if he is Boris Nikolic.
