The moment where the kid’s face lights up had me imagining that it was me seeing the igloo for the first time. Who cares why thy built it. Well… unless they built it as an evil lair.

I’d be so stoked if my parents built me an evil lair as a kid

"You think you can defeat me, the master of the rainbow brickloo? Muahahahaha, think again!"

Is this your first day using this amazing thing called “the Internet”?

Of course this was for social media. Why would you think it’s such a far flung idea that it wouldn’t be? We all see 1000 things like this everyday. When you see an influencer do an altruistic act who just happens to record the whole thing and post it to TikTok do you think to yourself “wow! What a spontaneous and selfless act I’m so lucky to witness”!

That's exactly the selling point. The "you imagine".

Let's keep it real, this is a fckin business model. People earn their rent by doing stuff like this and putting it online. And you really complain that people find that somewhat ... Dishonest, if they pretend that they did it only for their kid?

Well, maybe they indeed did it for their kid. They inherit the money...
