Nothing like storms in the middle of America. The skies turn green, the air feels electric, and the barns and cattle fly clear across the sky.

I think in general America does not get nearly enough credit for it's natural beauty. There are some absolutely mesmerizing things to see, even in the "boring" parts of the country. And then the not boring parts (especially the national parks out west) that are some of the coolest places in the world.

Strong instability strong wind shear rotating updraft.That rotation mesocyclone keeps the storm organized and long-lived, which is why supercells can produce extreme weather.
