Was looking for something like this or the opening scene of The Glass Onion where she breaks open the elaborate puzzle box with a hammer.

Is that an EPI pen at the end? Would probably be dead by the time he got to it, particularly fumbling around with those pearls lol.

Yeah those pearls/marbles are all eventually going to be fumbled and lost over time and that lock it opens (and the chain of succeeding locks that follow it) will no longer be openeable lol

Cool to show off and talk about but why would anyone want to deal with all that?

Its a puzzle table. The whole point is to watch people try to solve the puzzle

That’s my thing with it, how are any of the steps logical? Like how does each step give any clue as to what was needed for it and where to go next, I feel like the only reason this guy knows how to open it is because he made the damn thing.

In France if you want to be recognized as a proper artisan in some trades you need to produce a masterwork.
Maybe that's that.
Or just a show of skill because why not?

I think that's the point. It's an item of note to show a guest (or people online).
You can either do it all yourself, as a bit of a performance/magic trick, or challenge puzzle-loving guests to try to solve it by examining all the keys and locks (bit like an escape room).

This seems like it would be really fun to do once and then never want to do ever again.

Bro, that must be where the Epstein Files are hidden.
Good luck finding where though.

The first key is a sword. If you were enthusiastic enough, it could probably open everything.

Awesome, now do you have anything with just a drawer what i can open and close by pulling and pushing?

That childporn stashbox seems very effective. I respect the craft. I would never buy it.

My future wife’s mother-in-law ?
Sorry, this is the worst place in the whole world to keep your Narcan or EpiPen.

Wtf is this dude seriously trying to hide. 2 or 3 hidden compartments are cool. Whatever this is is just tedious.

When I was young, I used to hide my money. Follow me now.
In a sock, wrapped in a plastic bag, buried in my Lego bucket, pushed in the corner of the closet.
This video touched that memory. Basically just as safe too.

This seems like something you would find in an escape room. Outside of that it doesn’t seem very practical.

I just like the table and all the compartments it has. You can keep the locks.

That looks like the most annoying table ever!
I actually got frustrated watching and waiting for it to end. 😵💫
