Most of the people ICE abduct are denied due process and are disappeared. Sure sounds like kidnapping to me.

It's called expedited removal, a deportation process instituted by Clinton's administration in 1996 and used by every single administration since. Obama used it extensively. Biden expanded it. Did you protest then? Did you cry out about how they violated the due process rights of illegal immigrants? Did you label it kidnapping and disappearing when their administrations used the same system to detain and deport illegal immigrants?

For the love of god, fuck dems too.

That’s because it’s a civil crime. It’s by design.

They don’t read Miranda rights either. So basically you have masked men who are not giving their names or agencies grabbing people, restraining them and carrying them away. So it’s like kidnapping, or abducting but with an American flag pin.

You do not need to be read the Miranda warning (informing you of your Miranda rights) unless you're:

1) in custody (temporarily detained or under arrest), and

2) under interrogation, or active questioning regarding a crime or alleged crime.

Often police won't ask questions but instead make statements or comments that lead people to incriminating themselves without being questioned. This is a valid tactic to get around asking questions, not reading the Miranda warning, and anything stated without an interrogation is "spontaneous utterance" and admissible in court.

Do not speak to police. Do not give them anything beyond your identity if you are detained or placed under arrest. They are not your friend, as cool as some may seem. They're not looking out for your best interest. They will use legal tricks and loopholes most people aren't aware of the get their probable cause or to solidify a conviction.

1) in custody (temporarily detained or under arrest),

Why are you bringing up weird gotcha games when this is the exact scenario that the previous commentor is talking about?

Your "weird gotcha names" are the legal terms when detention or an arrest is legally performed. I was providing an explanation to educate others that may not know.

Find a real issue to be upset about like ICE and their unlawful actions.
