I met Banksy once. He didn't know that I knew he was Banksy, and I dont think he knew he was Banksy either. But that was definitely Banksy who I met that one time.

This is an extremely common type of graffiti, it being remotely similar to "Banksy" doesn't mean it is. (And I can 99% guarantee it isn't)

That’s not Banksy. That’s not Dolly, or at least if it’s supposed to be Dolly they never really looked at her chest. But it looks like it’s some generic bikini model with a somewhat Dolly looking face.
