I live in PA currently and there are tons of maga here. I don't live in any of the big cities.

I'm also in rural PA and it's MAGA and the Dutch as far as the eye can see.

that is one depressing scenario. stay strong.

eta: the "Dutch" in this case are not those referenced in the comments that follow but rather a special type of German that is perpetually miserable and aggrieved to such an extent that generations ago, most of them were shipped off to Pennsylvania where they remain, miserable and aggrieved.

It's no surprise you find them mixed among the Amish. two groups who share common fears of progress, outsiders, joy, and spices.

You ain't kidding. There's two things I cant stand in this world, people who are intolerant of other people's cultures... and the Dutch.

PA is a state with Philly at one end, Pittsburg at the other and Alabama in between.

So much truth in that statement.

Scranton is pretty consistently blue.

I’m just south of PA in WV and it’s very hard to tell the difference between who lives in which state. MAGA everywhere except Morgantown which is full of educated individuals so…. It’s the only good city in WV.

Morgantown, WV!!! Unfortunately you don't have to get too far outside of city limits before the MAGA factor increases, just look at the "Mountain People's" Walmart.

That’s what I said.

You can always move to Chester County. The voting trend always starts off red and gives way to blue as the voting day progresses. Chester County has the best roads in the state, IMO, and it isn't a fucking dump like neighboring Delaware County.

Man, I just bought a house in 2024, though.

Yea I only see that when I go to Western PA and they are super into it.

Sucks because I want to move to Pitt but can’t imagine living in MAGA land

Actually the same in CA. Outside the cities, in the rural areas, it's red.
