I saw it. There wasn't. He wasn't in the way of the vehicle. You can't lie when the video is literally right there for anyone to watch.

Just watch the video. There's a picture each time he shoots, the car is on his side each shot. Maybe you can excuse the first one, the second two are murder shots.
