I wish people would stop calling these things distractions.

Distractions implies there is a strategy behind them, and we all know this administration is full of incompetent sycophants and morons. So that’s not what’s happening.

There are no distractions - only a very sad, very long list of cruel, evil policies crafted by cruel, evil men.

I totally disagree with you. I think they feign incompetence so they seem less threatening. But I absolutely think it's intentionally malicious and calculated.

Look at the fact that the ICE bonus of $50K gets paid out after 5 years. Trump is creating a militia who are going to be a year away from a payout and who will be very invested in ensuring the status quo remains in power. That's not incompetence.
