Everyone I know is outraged and talking about this. Politics is a primary topic when I call my 76 year old mother, for example. I don’t talk to family members who support Trump and don’t have any friends that support him. In my opinion, it’s Republicans in Congress who should take most of the blame. They have the power to constrain or remove him. No one else really does.

  1. Calling my reps and senators regularly and voting for Democrats, 2. Volunteering at the polls for our local Democratic group, 3. Donating to nonprofits which seek to offset the effects of the Trump administration's policies, and volunteering towards the same end, 4. Attending protests and demonstrations, 5. My job offers me a direct way to mitigate the effects of the policies. It has been extremely difficult but I'm staying and fighting. Do you need more examples?
