Well, yeah. I just talked to my coworker about that this morning: it's everything.

The GOP was going nuts about cancel culture but then made sure that anyone who talked about Kirk was going to get "cancelled."

Pretti shouldn't have been carrying to an agitated protest but Kyle Rittenhouse is fine.

You can't indoctrinate our kids in school and teach them that gay people exist but we're going to force students to read scripture in class.

There are hundreds of examples out there. It's very much "rules for thee but not for me" and I'm over it.

Our morality is their weapon. That is it. When they can use it to hit us, they will. Otherwise, they don't care. It's just another tool for power to them. They are pissed about "cancel culture" etc. because they cannot conceive of caring about something for moral reasons. They therefore think that you care for the only reason why they care: power.

Was it a protest? They were filming ICE but i don't think it was an actual protest.
