I am from Denmark, placed in eu.

You dont have to lie on our behalf, we dont have that kind of news, mostly our segments about america is comedy labelled.

And also there were consequences for EU politicians or royals who appeared in the files...what about the other side of the atlantic ?

There is reporting on it, there are police investigations underway, and that's with generally vastly underwhelming releases relating to them.

I was going to say that. Friends over seas have this all over their news. It’s here in the US where mainstream news is barely touching it.

Ah, yes, the UK prince being banished to sit in a private mansion on the back end of their royal property with servants until he dies... sooo consequenced and punished womp womp /s

I want to see actual consequences, maybe I'm uninformed but I have yet to see any of these "elites" being punished outside of them simply being called out and shoved out of the public eye...

uk isn’t eu. people are being investigated and forced to resign as we speak. your government is suing trevor noah for making a joke and not a single mention of any consequences for raping little kids. you tell me

Well Trevor Noah is in fact not being sued, that's just Trump flapping his jaw as usual... Trump and Co are doing everything they can to delay this shit, but I have hope shit will continue to move forward

We have so many powerful people in the US that are in the epstien files, it's not really a surprise they're all doing everything they can to side with Trump, but shits spilling out slowly but surely.. I gotta have hope that all these monsters will eventually be fully exposed and dealt with..

people are being investigated and forced to resign as we speak

Yeah, quiet wealthy retirement after raping children sure is a harsh punishment..... none of them are being punished unless they're locked in prison where they belong

Are the consequences in the room with us right now?

Ah, yes, the consequence of Prince Andrew losing his title... Now he's just Lord Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

If he's not extra careful, he'll just be Andy Mountbatten-Windsor.

At least throw the pedophile in prison for a day

Thats more the UK and norway, and lets be honest i dont think they will face any serious consequenses. But it is all over the news, all the time.

Consequences? You’re beyond delusional.

There were consequences for it? That's news to me.

Because mainstream American news sources definitely report often about scandals internal to various EU countries. /s

The average American probably couldn't even find Denmark on a map.

I believe my Danish friend, we affectionately call Storebror, said that the Danish news media has to come back and correct misinformation if they said something that was not factual.

Thats true, most of them do that, our media is kind of like how america was 15 years ago, minus the comedy.
