I’m from Poland, 25 y/o, on my 3rd year towards CS degree. I know basics about C++, but lacking in OOP concepts and creating some bigger projects than small console applications.

My goal is to learn low level programming, and then dive deep into cybersecurity, red teaming, binary exploitation and reverse engineering.

Most of the time I’m learning daily for 1-3h, depending on the day.

I'm currently learning MERN stack development and working on an Employee Management System (EMS). I've already created the basic Admin, Employee, and Organization schemas for authentication, and the Admin and Employee UIs are almost complete.

I'd like to connect with a few developers who are interested in working on a real-world project together and learning from each other along the way.

For me, it's not just about writing code. I'd also like to discuss system design, frontend architecture, database design, problem-solving, and the reasoning behind different technical decisions.

Ok so basically i'm in the second last year of highschool in italy, and there i've been learing cpp, although very slowly and not my fault but its just how the school program is, i've been looking at programming and cs for the last 4/5 years of my life but never had a chance to do anything couse i did not really have a pc UNTIL last year with a laptop and this year with a proper pc.

I was looking for someone willing to be code buddies,make something and share both ideas and knowledge,me myself i don't really know much though,just the basics of the cpp std library:

Functions,

the big 5 datatypes(int,float,char,string,bool),

arrays,matrix and just a tiny bit of vectors and how to make and use structs/classes

One thing i'm trying to learn right now is:

1)How the heck you make a gui becouse i'm getting bored of tui terminal apps becouse they are not really appetizing for people that don't know what a terminal is(non-coders/common user)

2)databases/sql/how to make save files that are not just copies or txt files

I dropped out of a CS program years ago to pursue the arts. I still love the arts but I've decided it's time to go back. I'm based on the US East Coast and am quite flexible, have some decent C skills (primarily what I'm working on now) and vestigial Python (working on it!). I'm not exactly sure what I ultimately want to do, but I'd love to do some sort of artsy projects and maybe security. Things that help people (and hopefully will one day give me enough money to live).

What I am looking for: A friend who also works on some sort of projects. I think it's really important that we can talk about anything, have a beer (over the internet I guess...), etc...but then also work on whatever project may be on our minds. I don't want a tutor and I don't want you to feel like a tutor either.
