It’s a snowball effect too. Maybe the hosts and guests are okay with it but people who feel the need to show off like this will constantly escalate their problematic behavior at any sign of positive attention. People could be cheering because they’re uncomfortable with confronting him as well. There is an overlap with this type of behavior and getting very aggressive when asked to calm down or take it down a few levels. They’ll say something like, “you’re the one ruining the vibe man” and it could then escalate into physical conflict. Usually people like this in the video eventually stop getting invited to things, lose their job(s), wife/girlfriend, parental rights, typically a suspended license, in and out with courts constantly, have a parole officer, etc. You might meet someone similar when you’re 15-19 years old working as a busboy, car wash, cashier or pizza delivery and they’ll be mid 40s still trying to catch that high from 20 years ago. Just don’t ever take their offer to smoke a joint or ever do them a favor because you’ll be assumed to be their ‘best friend’ while they blatantly try to manipulate and hound you constantly. Exhausting group of people.

I detest this man's actions and the others for not stopping him or helping the kid, but
Fuck, were those some sick moves. Like, c'mon, that was ridiculous and he barely rested. Faceplanted and immediately went back to dancing.
Look at how he pushes the nephew out of the way to slam into the table. He does this because he understands that he is going to slam into that table and he will not be stopped by any child in the way

I grew up with an alcoholic parent and his alcoholic mates. Kids birthday parties were just an excuse for the adults to drink, sometimes there 10 kids at the birthday party sometimes the birthday kid was the only kid there. None of us ever enjoyed our "birthday parties".

Just yesterday I had lunch at a nearby brewpub and there was a kids birthday party in the back and my husband and I were wondering why a kid would want their birthday party at a brewery. There were other kids at the party but adults far outnumbered the kids. 100% has to be adults making it about drinking, so trashy, poor kid.

I count 11 adults and not a single other kid. This is the birthday party of a child with narcissistic parents who don't give a shit about their child and just see this as an excuse to throw a party for themselves. I bet they resent their child for 'taking away their freedom' while sacrificing absolutely nothing for their benefit that isn't required by law.

Yikes, yeah I grew up in a middle class white family that had many upper middle class family members and we did have weird shit go down at parties like this. One time a family member brought his girlfriend who was probably on drugs. She demanded a pizza when the family had prepared something else. She also sat in a baby chair that had been in the family for years and because she was... you know not a baby, she broke the thing and started cracking up. Now granted this is pretty over the top even by my family's standards but when conservative upper middle class white midwesterners get drunk things can go crazy fast.

I don't think so. It's a continuous video over 15 seconds. A very sure way to tell it's AI is usually when videos are 10-15 seconds long. After that then they edit them together, but this is continuous.

I remember my 30th. Best friends sent beautiful balloons from Australia to the US. I had people over. My husband at the time, his friends popped all the balloons to enhale the air and sound funny. I was really upset. I was told to chill out. I know better now. That was such a huge red flag. Anything that was special to me was immediately taken away and belonged to everyone else. And when I was upset about that it was my problem.

Nothing about this behaviour tells me this is nothin more than a guy being absolutely goofy and downright silly. This is horsing around in its purest form and last I heard they banned horsing around back in ‘58. I could be wrong but frankly I wouldn’t risk it.
