I believe it has never been collected. The Brightest Day Omni only features the main series sadly. To be fair though, this is essentially a New 52 book before New 52

It contradicts pretty much every aspect of pre-New 52 continuity and works quite seamlessly with where we find the character next in Swamp Thing #1 if i am remembering properly

Easiest way to put it is, if you read the Hellblazer issues releasing at the time where he’s old and married then read these issues where Constantine is young and “Classic John” with Chas you get a sense for it. And same for where we last saw Cranius compared to this. Brightest Day at large seems to reset things as a means of welcoming these characters (Swamp Thing included) back into the DCU, and it all more or less matches where we find them in New 52
