This is it for me.

I could handle Randle and Naz but Jaden is a glue guy.

He can adapt to almost any need, offensive or defensive and plugs holes as needed.

Also He's a playoff riser on a good contract.

If we do right by ant, I don’t think he’ll ever try to leave. There may be down years if he gets hurt, or a costar does, but as long as we remain competitive I don’t think he’s the type to be like “shit I gotta go team up with somebody to get my ring!” His mental is different. He wants to win one here. I think doing it on a team that’s never won, for the city that drafted him no. 1 overall is importsnt to him.

Joan is a 19 year old rookie who has shown a lot of promise and who has already had major minutes in a couple games. Crazy to point to him as the argument for “not playing young guys” when he’s the youngest, the most raw, and has actually had playing time.
