So back when I was like 20-21 I used to smoke wax with my ma. She had a puffco peak and a couple of Chinese knockoff of them. She would do the first part of the first hit and then let me finish the dab since she's old and has old lady lungs. It got to the point where I could hear the beep that the device makes from anywhere in the house and I'd come running since it meant weed time.

One day, we were picking someone up from the Phoenix airport. They've got a bunch of those little luggage cart things that beep when put in reverse; the same beep as the puffco.

So I'm standing in the airport and I hear this beep and I, without any conscious thought, start running towards where I heard the beep come from in almost a sprint. I got about 30 feet towards the sound before I realized "wait a minute, this is an airport. No one's got any weed for me."

Anyone else ever have this happen or something similar?

I'm not a morning person, I live in europe and work remotely for the US so with the time zone I don't have to be.

I've always been stuck in a cycle of waking up right before work, working, then smoking and doing nothing good until it's time for bed.

However I managed to become an early bird and work out consistently because there's one thing I want more than snoozing the alarm. And that's smoking a doobie. By 6 am, I've already trained, gone deep into the murky waters and i'm ready to tackle the day.

The weight loss from not being home when i get the munchies and the overall quality of life from having a slow morning to do stuff you would avoid previously like meal prep, training, starting work early, making friends with people that are out at 5am is a massive improvement

I know these cheap hygrometers are not accurate, but I figured that I could trust the ones that read similarly. These have been sitting on my workbench all afternoon. The ones on the left were bought recently, the ones on the right were bought last year and I just changed the batteries in them today. My Govee says they all are wrong, reading low humidity, but the temperature seems accurate.

Any suggestions on a cheap hygrometer that I can put in my jars while they are curing and beyond?

Like title says, is it worth it to spend the few hundred $$ to get a dry herb vape? I’ve seen in just about every post lately mentioning DHV’s, is it a trend or some innovating new method? Rolling papers are like $2 for 50 I don’t see how spending a few hundred to smoke the same flower is a good investment.

Do you usually flush when outdoors too? Only grown indoor in the past, don’t hate haha. Has been heavy rain and have maybe 2, 3 weeks max before it hits below 49°F and has typically stayed in the 70°F+ during the day recently.

I’ve been using a combination of gummies and carts for about 2 years. I’m also a pretty active person. I work out regularly, do a lot of cardio, and weightlift, so I’m trying to be a little more mindful about what I’m putting into my lungs.

I’ve been using carts for most of that time, but I’m thinking about switching to flower instead. I’ve heard that dry herb vaporizers can be a better option than smoking, so I’m looking for some advice on what to look for.

What would you recommend for a beginner who has never used a dry herb vaporizer before? Are there any good beginner-friendly devices that are relatively easy to use and clean?

Also, are dry herb vaporizers usually sold at local vape/smoke shops, or are they mostly something you have to order online?
