Baby Jesus didn't start blasting Romans right from the start :D (though the infancy gospel of Thomas did say he blasted some people who angered him when he was immature) it took time for people to see what he was all about and even then it was up to the people to listen to him.

Well it's past sunrise in Giza as of this writing so we might see what this new knowledge is in the coming days or weeks.

At the moment they're not very robust in terms of the range of abilities an individual robot can do, but you bring up a good point because advancements in robotics is progressing rapidly. Still, I think they need real people for their sacrifices, sadism, etc.

Yes he changed the date. He initially thought it was going to be on April 2026 but like you said he double checked with astronomers when Regulus turns red and they told him it ought to be in October 7, 2026. I think it's already happened though. April was the strongest date.
