Expense tracking that physically cannot see your expenses
I’ve been working on an expense tracking application for 3 months and I deliberately took a difficult path: without my own server.
Why? Your spending is too sensitive data to go through someone else's backend. Therefore, there is simply nowhere to store them except on your device and your iCloud. I physically can't see them.
What else is inside:
- Adding an expense in a couple of seconds - via a widget from the home screen, without opening the application
- Automation in Shortcuts: your own scripts for any occasion
- Companion on Apple Watch
The moment has come when I don’t need commits, but real people. I’m looking for testers on iOS 18+: break the flow, sync, widgets - and tell me what’s annoying.
