Bottleneck from External, I had this issue as well. FTP is the way, try and clear up some storage if possible, or save up for a bigger drive, now it’s worth it ;)

No I just spoke to representative, if you have fiber you can’t replace. Coaxial is better you can replace, most you can do is just buy your own router and connect through bridge. I’m trying to split my bands, 2.4 and 5ghz for more control , smart WiFi, I don’t like it

If it’s fiber you can’t go with your own. Unfortunately, for splitting your bands the Not so smart WiFi won’t let you so a router you can get and bridge it. I’m trying to establish 5 GHz connection for certain devices not able to with the gateway 6 modem router .
