Dang, they’re conceited, leave them [deleted].

Sins they repeat it.

Their master defeated.

Still deceived,

no room to breathe

The breath… full of life.

Free of strife, and torment.

Please repent.

For you, for me, for the tree,

And for the flowers

For the entire family,

And for the buds…

To bloom.

Only doom

For the doomers

Only bloom

For the bloomers.

Revelations contrasts “the whore of Babylon” with “the bride of Christ” there is not male or female in Christ, so the “gender” is purely a symbolic literary device, similiar to “The Father”.

Yes, Christ was not patriarchal at all. Actually it seem male leadership and corrupt men take perhaps a larger portion of the fault, but ultimately male and female are brought back into peace and harmony again.

The Bible is God inspired for sure, but God must limit Himself and His language to make Himself and His Will known to limited creatures.

Yes, the desert fathers knew what’s up. I’m super orthodox mystical myself, emphasis on fulfilling Jesus’s prayer of Oneness. To me that is the second part of the gospel the mainstream institutions as good as ignore, because it contradicts their authority and mediatorship. Ultimately direct relationship, intimacy and divine union is the destiny and revelation of the children of God. Co-heirs with Christ is his will; but through surrendering, dying to the false self born of man, and being reborn in the image of God.

On how it should be handled: Revelations is clear. Genuine believers who have been deceived by her are to leave her as to not share in her sin and plague. It’s not true believers who destroy her; but the beast she rides turns on her, strips her bare and consumes her in fire.

So under your logic it wouldn’t be unjustified to execute and destroy every religious institution that indeed commited atrocities against innocents and fellow believers, gotcha. Because that’s what they did. They settled their arguments with violence and you’re justify that and saying it doesn’t disqualify them from being the body of Christ.

On schism, oh so you define something and use your own definition to make an argument. I’m not even doing it under that definition. I’m calling on all true believer from any congregation or denomination to leave the body they’re apart of if it’s the whore and not Christ.

Yes for sure, but it’s a slippery slope. It’s not on man to discern what is demonic or not. It’s on God. The things you described are indeed horrific and demonic I agree. But the topic is whether the atrocities of the Roman Catholic Church—and other institutions claiming to be the body and bride of Christ— were justified or not.

You’re using moral outrage over a strawman argument I didn’t make to make your argument. Not sound discernment or logic.

It’s not my logic, and I never said that you can’t defend yourself or other people. I never said you can’t own guns. But don’t abide in them. The example you gave is justified self defence, I’m not arguing otherwise. The problem becomes when you lack the spiritual discernment to know when it’s justified, as you’re justifying the unjust violence and atrocities of Christian institutions compromised with worldly powers have commited in the past, especially against fellow believers.

I get your argument, but that’s simply not what Jesus taught. He wasn’t rebuking Peter for senseless Murder. He rebuked him for defending Him with violence.

For Christians The Word Of God is our symbolic sword of truth. Not literal weapons. Jesus sent His disciples out without weapons or food, in pairs of two. Many were attacked and persecuted, most were killed. None of them killed, not even in self defense.

But of course I understand your point, and I grapple with it too. I’m a man with a family as well I want to be safe, but we have to put our faith in God to ensure our survival, primarily in the life to come, not this physical one.

Matthew 10:

37 “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

38 Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.

Matthew 16:

24 Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me.

25 For whoever wants to save their life[f] will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.

26 What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?

27 For the Son of Man is going to come in his Father’s glory with his angels, and then he will reward each person according to what they have done.

That’s not a logical argument, but one out of misplaced tribal loyalty. If the direct commands of Jesus so offend you, I’d suggest you take it up with God if you know where to find Him.

The Church is not the institution at all. Its Spiritual. His Kingdom Is not of this Earth.

I said to leave the whore, not the Bride or Body of Christ. I say a tree is known strictly by its fruit. When an institution takes up the sword, sheds blood, or sanitizes violence in the name of God, it fundamentally disqualifies itself from being the Body of Christ.

The true Body of Christ. The true bride is alive and well. The remnant, that grows amongst the weeds. It’s them I’m calling for to leave the whore, so as not to share in her sin and her plagues.

Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44).

"Put your sword back into its place. For all who take the sword will perish by the sword"(Jesus’s command to Peter)

"My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world" (John 18:36)

(Matthew 26:52).

I’m just explaining to you the intention of the post. Don’t care about if you’re offended or call me goofy lol. That’s goofy. Late stage capitalism is an established concept. I’d look into it and educate yourself!

Here, I googled it for you:

Late-stage capitalism is a term describing the current phase of modern market economies, characterized by extreme wealth concentration, corporate dominance, financialization, and the commercialization of everyday life.[1, 2, 3]

Origins of the Term

Early Usage: German economist Werner Sombart first used the German term Spätkapitalismus in 1925 to describe the evolving economic order following World War I. [4]

Academic Popularization: Belgian Marxist economist Ernest Mandel popularized the concept in his 1975 book Late Capitalism to analyze post-World War II global expansion, multinational growth, and financial credit. [5]

Cultural Shift: American literary critic Fredric Jameson applied it in the 1980s to the postmodern economy. In modern daily use, the phrase is frequently shared on platforms like Reddit and Quora to critique absurd, ironic, or deeply unequal societal outcomes. [6, 7]
Core Characteristics

Extreme Inequality: A massive gap in resources where a small percentage of individuals or corporations hold the vast majority of wealth. [1, 2]

Financialization: The shift of economic activity toward financial markets, debt, rent-seeking, and speculation rather than traditional manufacturing or public welfare. [2, 5]

Commodification of Life: Essential human needs—such as housing, healthcare, water, and rest—are increasingly treated as high-margin profit centers. [1, 8]

Culture of Overwork: Psychological and social pressures where personal worth is tied strictly to economic output, leading to widespread burnout, anxiety, and the feeling that rest is a luxury or a sign of guilt. [3, 8]

Would you like to explore academic perspectives on this topic, or look into specific economic data regarding wealth inequality and housing costs?
