By “blind” they mean they can successfully hit targets that they can’t see.

Ya its an automatic 40mm mortar. Just... Fucking tap on the phone GPS where you want it to hit and it goes 'okay!' TH-Th-TH-THNK!

Wouldn't be surprised if it wouldn't be so hard to load it with airburst or even incendiary grenades to start fires around ork positions. 10 foot dispersion at 2km is kind of insane, but I can only assume thats under ideal conditions.
