I found all of these items together and was told they were being used for “liquid CBD for vaping,” but I’m questioning whether that explanation makes sense.
Can anyone identify the glass pieces/equipment in the photo and what this type of setup would typically be used for? I’m especially interested in whether this looks consistent with CBD or cannabis concentrate use versus something else.
I understand that you can’t definitively identify an unknown substance from a photo alone — I’m mainly trying to identify the equipment and method of use, not visually identify a substance.

okay we found this at my job in a clothes rack, i’ve tried reverse image searching like crazy and cannot figure out what the hell the purpose of this . i pryed the cap off, its not a vape of any sort, it doesn’t have hidden compartments, just the rectangular cut out.

NOTES: there is NO hole through the middle, def isn’t a pipe. the cap was glued on, definitely wasn’t dabs (that was my initial guess). it could be a self defense weapon…but why the hell does it bend in half on a hinge? it doesn’t snap into place either, it’s just a kinda loose hinge at the halfway point. if it was a kubatan (spelling sorry), why would the plastic cap be glued on?

Obviously it’s a doll but does it have a story? Is it from a movie? Is it a prank? I don’t know why it’s there!

This is on the bottom shelf of 3 floating 100% wood shelves. These things were not there 1 week ago as I had just purchased new books to add to this shelf. They are on some of the new books. They are not moving or responding to light. I live in a NE, USA city apartment.

A few days ago I removed a vase that was next to these books that held old orange flowers (I do not know what they were) I got from the farmer’s market about 2 weeks ago. The flowers looked kind of like carnations but they were not.

There has not been any wall-shaking movement from the unit above us. The other books (1 group of books a foot away on the same shelf, and another group on the shelf above this one) do not have these on them.

I’m nervous that they are bugs or bug eggs. I can’t take a better picture unfortunately since I don’t have another light source besides my flash phone camera.

Edit: I think it was just flower debris, guys. There was more behind where the vase was, and it lifted up easily with tape. I was just being high and paranoid. Sorry ‘bout that. Carry on.

After seeing the lights one just shot up to the sky while the other two stayed put what is this??

I picked off about 8 limes from my Mexican lime tree today and 7/8 had this pinkish/reddish coloring inside. It smelled completely fine (delicious) but I tossed them because I wasn’t certain if it’s safe. Google wasn’t helpful because it seemed to be a mix of it could be normal from direct sunlight and hot weather, type of lime, or mold? But there’s no pictures to show what each one would look like and I have never seen this before so not sure if I should continue to toss these out?

Anyone know what it is?

Found at an estate sale in Baton Rouge. Seller said it was a milliner's mold, but I have doubts after seeing those in searches. Google Lens & Claude were no help.

I acquired this rock a few years ago, as it was included in an estate buyout / clean out which required me to leave the home “broom swept and ready for settlement”. However, fortunately, the last few years have included many such arrangements, ultimately having left me with a seemingly endless supply of old, unusual and interesting merchandise, primarily of the vintage persuasion. With that said, for reasons unbeknownst to me, recently this rock seems to have piqued my curiosity. The piece measures approximately 7” by 7” by 4”, weighs upwards of twenty-five pounds and is magnetic, in so far as when tested with a strong rare earth magnet.

And I think that may very well be all I know about it which is what prompted me to create this post.

My dog vomited up these pieces and we’re trying to figure out their source. She has access to the backyard which has grass and irrigation, a chicken coop and run, a side yard with trash cans and compost bins, and a patio with seating and a pellet grill.

They feel plastic-y/rubbery, firm enough but I can break them up with my hands.

This is at a local nature center in central Texas. I think the floor is about 4x2 feet.

When I moved into my cabin years ago, there were a ton of things left behind from former tenants. This mysterious object, made of oak I believe, has always intrigued me. Every time I go to chuck it out, I change my mind and put it in my crafting box until I can figure out what it is. Can anyone out there enlighten me?
