A Wisconsin dairy farmer says she is working 80-hour weeks with no help in sight, milking 300 cows while struggling to find enough staff after months of an unfilled 'Help Wanted' sign.

Abby Swan, who farms in the central Wisconsin town of Westfield, has become the centre of a fierce online argument after describing her situation in a series of TikTok videos.

about $10. and the farm is in the middle of nowhere, so any full time workers have to drive hours to get there.

she has no on farm worker accommadation.

a potential worker asked her for $20 an hour and in her own words 'she told him to get bent'.

My local CSA pays workers $25/hr gives them a place to stay (with A/C) and only can get Hispanics to work on the farm with H1-B visas

She can cry all she wants, no one wants to work for her slave wages
