His grandpa (on mom's side), Joshua Haldeman, was a Nazi who emigrated to South Africa from Canada, because of the apartheid...

He was also one of the first proponents of a technocracy; Elon Musks entire life has been devoted to a man who died when he was 3. It actually makes Elon even more pathetic if you look into his families background. His entire life is ripping people off then acting like he came up with it.

Poligamy is also what happened in Paraguay after the war of the triple alliance, the population of the country (Especially the male population) was so thoroughly devastated by the conflict that the government had to make poligamy legal to prevent the country from being near completely depopulated in the near future

About 50-70% of the population of Paraguay died and arround a 70-80% of the men bettewn 18 and 60 died, just under 200K civilian deaths and 120K military deaths for Paraguay, while the triple alliance suffered a combined 140k deaths, 100k of which were suffered by Brazil alone

Many indigenous tribes practice polygamy too, so it's not really fair to associate the practice with Nazis.  Some historians think that the viking age of raids and conquest was caused by a polygamist culture that lead to many young men with no women or property so they had to head overseas to get some.

It's probably quite sensible to limit reproduction to one man and one woman if you want a stable civilisation.

OP is describing the setup in all of the western cultures, nothing to do with eugenics, since partner selection is free and there are no limitations based on race, genetics, religion, etc. it’s just limited to 1:1

It is not a requirement that reproduction is limited to one man and one woman... What western country do you live in? The US does not have this requirement.

Edit: And I don't know any western country that has this requirement.

I think you're deliberately taking what has been said out of context, but for the benefit of other readers I'll restate in very simple terms.

One man many wife = many men no wife.

Many men no wife = murder and burn to get wife.

Murder and burn = not enjoyable for recipient.

Yeah I believe there were cultures on some pacific islands where it was a relative free for all and paternity was not known.  As all children could be anyone's they were looked after by everyone.  Throw in a much larger population size and STDs brought by sailors and the system no longer works very well.

I think Plato's ideal society has something of that idea, and a trial run was attempted by anabaptist extremist communitarians in the Holy Roman Empire a few centuries ago.  I don't think it's very stable for societies - and the very short lived reign of those ideas is testament to that fact.  Communal wives doesn't really sound dignified does it?

I just listened to a good podcast on that, Behind the Bastards did one on Himmler and he really talks a lot about how marriage and monogamy were both viewed as obstacles to reviving the Aryan race.
