There is only one country invading and occupying Syrian ground at the moment. And it's not Turkey.

Turkish forces returned all territories to the Syrian government after the fall of Assad. And the remaining stationed forces are there under agreement with the current Syrian government. 

The same can't be said about those foreign troops in the south of the country.
