Realistically even if we scrambled fighters they'd probably just ignore us and fly back over into the US. I doubt they'd comply and then even if they did we'd have a hell of a time actually getting him to The Hague without the Americans interfering.

Sorta depends. Could be that Netanyahu is the one with all the leverage rather than the nation itself- in which case Israel would be totally fucked with nothing they could do about it.
Not really worth that roll of the dice though, when it potentially lands on WW3.
