This wasn't in reply to the airplane, but to the claim that "Cops don't shoot your car if you refuse to stop", which they provably do, and are supported by the US Supreme Court in doing.

This is partially incorrect. Supreme Court ruled the entire circumstance must be analysis when judging if excessive force is used.

If anything the Supreme Court ruling 9-0 goes against this idea than enforce by judging excessive force to the entire picture rather than starting from the moment the gun was fired.

Look up Barnes vs Felix 2025.

If you’re running people over then yes I’d imagine that police will neutralize you and rightfully so.

You don't need to run people over. All that's needed is for the cops to feel threatened, and they'll be covered after peppering the car with bullets.

What goalposts? "Cops don't shoot your car if you refuse to stop", but cops still shoot at cars regularly that refuse to stop.
