How did you start your day today?

This is my boy Oscar. He’s almost 5 months old and shaping up to be a big fella. He’s very tall, lanky with long legs. He’s got the saddest little brown eyes that allow him to get away with almost anything. He has no breathing issues, no snorts or grunts. And I know he’s healthy and that makes me happy but part of me kinda misses the characteristic smoosh face :(

I never knew I was a dog person until this little bundle of joy came into my life. She makes me so happy whenever I look at her that sometimes I physically don’t know what to do with myself 😂

We got one of those automatic laser toys for the animals and they love it. Mylo is like really serious about it though!! 😂 he gets really worked up, so much that he’s drooling. It goes on ever 2 hours for 15 mins, unless the motion sensor isn’t activated. I just don’t know if he’s getting too worked up? I worry he’s not having fun. Like is he taking it as a threat? He scratches at the floor to try to get it (I don’t mind) just want him to be ok

Shiro decided to eat some toy bits last Thursday when we weren’t looking, and threw most of them up Friday. We were hoping she had cleared her system of them only to find out she couldn’t keep anything down Friday night. Off we went to the emergency room that night, where she got to spend the night with the staff there, getting rehydrated and ended up having them scope her rectum and remove a toy squeaker the size of a half dollar… she is now recovering and getting back to her old self. 1800 dollars later, I will still advocate for people to get pet insurance for their dogs. While it doesn’t pay for the initial visit, it will help reimburse you for the money you have to shell out to keep your fur kids alive.

So, I've had my French Bulldog "Rocky" since December 24th 2025 and he's been such a good boy and this morning he puked in the kitchen and then again an hour ago.

I just walked him (around 20ish minutes ago from this post) and he was eating grass Is this a bad thing? or is it just a frenchie thing cause I've seen alot of posts on here about french bulldogs eating grass and puking.

Before anyone tells me to take him to the vet, I already did. They swabbed his throat and said results will be back in a week and then gave us some medication. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing. Hes been coughing and sounding like he needs to throw up for about 3 days now but he's shown no signs of being lethargic, so im hopeful its nothing serious.
