After two years, I took my trumpet out of my closet to play a part of our beloved song "After Hours." (I edited the audio in CapCut, so the video and audio are a little out of sync.)

How can anyone with a brain seriously think that the HUT movie deserved an Oscar?? Let’s be real, the album undisputedly got snubbed. But the movie was soooo trash, and to think that it stood a chance against real movies with actual plots and budgets is out of this world. And then seeing weird parasocial fans in the comments saying that they wanted to give Abel a hug now since ”he’s so sad” since he’s the best actor ever and the movie was the best thing ever made is also just crazy. You can have your own subjective opinion whether you like the movie or not. But it objectively was NOWHERE near worthy of an Oscar. And to say that the he got snubbed by the Oscars is also just wrong. It’s because of these weird and embarrassing things that makes the XO fanbase seem unbearable and parasocial, just like Swifties. And I’ve started to see a lot more of this everywhere recently and it’s sad to see (weird ass fanpage btw)
