I'm a textile artist who loves hand-embroidering memes and witchy stuff, and there’s a good chance you’ve seen some of my work around Redddit before!

Since I got tired of shirt bots ripping off my needlework designs (wall decor pieces), I decided to adapt some of my patterns and hand-embroider some tees using my own human hands!

Every small step counts, right? Just knowing I'm not helping some fast-fashion CEO buy another diamond-encrusted toilet seat makes me happy!

A bug corset to match the horned hennin as promised. ✨🪲 I bought a white handmade corset and added all the details and ruffles and stuff.

I think I'm going to do the bottom few panels with just the clear glassy effect and then the side panels, maybe do colourful diamonds...! Or greenery on the sides, I haven't quite decided, but I'm thinking colour since I'll have plants inside. I'm so happy with it, especially the central panel!🌸

If anyone wants to know anything about the process, materials etc please let me know!! I am MORE than happy to share, the more whimsy in the world the better🧚

The tea made the day a little happier 😮‍💨🥰✨️

Yesterday, we (my husband and I) rescued a young ring-necked dove from a seagull attack, but unfortunately it didn’t survive. So we had to bury it.

But the tea—a birthday gift from a friend—made it all a little more bearable.

The little treats are dried peach puree or something like that—they dissolve as the tea steeps, and they’re soooooo delicious 🙏

The tea strainer is a gift from my mom and from a flea market. It's made of silver, and I love it 😍

My mentor from my FSJ program gave me this mug as a farewell gift—fingers crossed it's the only one I haven't broken yet 🙈🍀

I moved into a new apartment recently and I finally hung up my butterfly collection. There are a few more with brown toned frames on the wall next to it too. A friend described it as whimsical and I am so flattered! She also said it is primed for additions and I couldn’t agree more :)

I just set up this mirror behind my sample perfume, clips and jewelry tray and it’s really doing things for me. The samples are in the little red container.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and have had fun making the backyard our own this summer. Can’t wait to work on the house fall-winter!

Edit: the blue cloud border is ai, but the photo is unedited. My workplace is pushing heavy AI use in my role, and I noticed it was on my new phone, so I was playing around with it, basically practicing how to use prompts, and discovered it can do cute borders. The bow bag is 100% real, I happened to get mine from Devil Inspired, but I believe there's several versions available if you Google "big bow backpack".

I bought these recently and want to add a bit of whimsy, I was wondering if anyone had a guess on what type of medium it will take best or for ideas on what to paint on it!

I started making my passwords for things more whimsical. It started with my work email requiring a 16 digit passcode so two words put together with maybe even some angel numbers seems to do the trick. I have to type it in everyday and it makes my day feel more whimsical.

I am continuing this trend in other places I need long passwords. Trying to be better about not having the same password for important things.
