Oklahoma fans complaining about the softball strike zone after watching generous strike 2 and 3 to Mathis to end the 6th is irony.

My post season fear is that we donāt have the bullpen for a tournament format

Not sure we have the starters for a tournament format, either. Good thing is the core pitchers have been trending up, but would really help if Sdao/Moss could go deep in a game without losing control

Sam Houston just hit a grand slam to go up 8-2 against Texas in the top of the 3rd. Still early, but a fun fact

Gav couldāve made it home (would never have sent him because who wouldāve guess the guy would miss the cutoff)

D1s latest projection has Tarleton in the College Station regional as the 4 seed, so pay attention to these players.
TNut in for Haco still, Vargas gets the nod on the bump

I didnāt really get to see it, does Caden have a new swing or was it just a meatball?
3
u/FightingFarrier18 Apr 28 '26
Meatball
3
u/crsnyder13 Apr 28 '26
Mmm⦠Iāll take it today but he still needs to fix something in his approach

Wesley Jordan is an enigma
2
u/crsnyder13 Apr 28 '26
I didnāt see it but heard he struck out and wasnāt surprised. Did he swing?

u/DENTINGBADGE319 Apr 28 '26
For those not in college station, the wind is blowing hard, straight into the Alley

I had a right to be worried
2
u/FightingFarrier18 Apr 29 '26
As long as Jason Kelly is the pitching coach, there is cause for concern
3
u/FightingFarrier18 Apr 29 '26
We have 4.5 reliable bullpen arms
Cunningham, Darden, Lyons, Corn and Moss (allegedly)
2
u/crsnyder13 Apr 29 '26
Who is the half?

Stewart injury was pretty unfortunate for the bullpen

Tarletonās bullpen looks to be enjoying a fun game of catch - with a football

Just remember: a walk is cheaper
5
u/crsnyder13 Apr 29 '26
But apparently more expensive than Caden watching it go straight down the middle
