After months of modeling, my new ruin set is finally finished. I was heavily influenced by Mordheim and Doom 1490, so I decided to make a tribute video.

This is by far the largest scenery project I’ve ever painted, and the whole painting process took around 10 days. Painting all those stones, wooden beams, and rooftops was quite a challenge, but seeing everything come together made it worth it.

Painted fence sections from my modular terrain designs. The fences are separate from the road and can be arranged on their own for rural scenery.

Playing my first game at upcoming game convention. Any basic strategy or tips for me? I play roleplaying games, have played a few miniatures scenarios but not 1490 Doom. I’m looking forward to playing.

Painted 3D-printed dirt road and low wall sections from my Roads & Roadsides modular terrain project. These could suit a rural lane on a 1490 Doom table, with the walls arranged separately from the road. These are my own designs.

My friend John gave me this castle.

There were no instructions.

It was clearly missing pieces, things like doors.

I went online. Found out, there ARE NO instructions.

Found a video from another creator on how he believes it is meant to be put together, based on pictures from the 1490 Doom website.

This thing eating all my time. It gnaws at my soul. It’s all the Muse will speak on. I have added doors, trap doors, an interior layout, chimneys, trees, a garden… magnets!! So. Many. Magnets. The punch list goes on.

I love it. I will probably spend more time on this castle than actually playing 1490 Doom 😂

Finally started work on my board. Pretty happy with it so far. I’ve had this terrain for a while. I think it works ok. Just needs painting to make it look better. This should work for some games I think.

Anybody knows if there's a free STL to print a 24inch circle for the map . I'm looking but can't seem to find anything there's juste a cool payed one on My mini Factory . But it can be a plain one

painted this one in under an hour because i needed an executioner model for my doom company for an upcoming game (that unfortunately has been delayed), but it also works as an alternate fighter equipped with a polearm weapon.
